Garrigues Guitar Festival Memorial Emili Pujol was born in 2012 as a musical proposal that maestro Pujol himself projected in the 1970s, promoting music to all corners of his homeland.

Following the latest news reported in the media regarding the sexual assault allegation made by a student of the Fundació Conservatori Liceu, the organizing committee of the Campus Emili Pujol 2025 has decided to cancel both the educational and artistic services of the accused professor until the alleged events are clarified.
For this reason, the organization has acted in accordance with sexual harassment protocols, immediately replacing the professor as part of a zero-tolerance policy towards such situations.
