We present Emili, the new extra virgin olive oil from Aspros Empresa. A project that brings together everything we are: territory, culture, sustainability and commitment to people.

The presentation took place yesterday, December 9, at the Aula Magna of the Institut d’Estudis Ilerdencs (IEI) and brought together around forty people, including public authorities, organizations and individuals closely connected to our entity. It was an emotional event, accompanied by a musical performance by guitarist Carles Herràiz, who gave sound to the inspiration of Maestro Pujol.

Participants in the event included Enric Herrera, Executive Director of Fundació Aspros; Rafael Oncins, CSR Director at Plusfresc; José Crespín, Deputy Government Delegate in Lleida; and Joan Talarn, President of the Diputació de Lleida.

All of them highlighted what this project represents: a product deeply rooted in the territory and with the capacity to generate opportunities.

A special oil. And not by chance

Emili is produced at the Mas Janet estate in Torrebesses, the place where the master guitarist and musicologist Emili Pujol found inspiration, created and lived music in direct contact with nature. Today, among the very same olive trees, this intimate relationship between light, silence, land and art continues to resonate.

Every drop of this oil captures that essence. Each bottle is a small tribute to his creative universe: sensitivity, tradition, heritage and culture. For this reason, Emili also recovers the master’s original signature, turning it into a seal of authenticity and memory.

A product with purpose

Emili is a Limited Edition, and its goal goes far beyond the product itself. The profits generated will be allocated to promoting projects that improve the quality of life of the people we support, and to contributing to the restoration of Emili Pujol’s estate, preserving a cultural space of great value.

For us, it is a way of bringing together tradition, the future and social impact.

From December 15 onwards, Emili will be available at the Plusfresc x Aspros Empresa store, located at Avinguda Blondel 96 in Lleida.
